Some Highlights:

  • The National Association of REALTORS® surveyed their members for their Confidence Index

  • The REALTORS® Confidence Index is a key indicator of housing market strength based on a monthly survey sent to over 50,000 real estate practitioners. Practitioners are asked about their expectations for home sales, prices and market conditions.

  • Homes sold in less than 60 days in 38 out of 50 states and Washington D.C.

  • Homes sold in less than 30 days in 17 states

What doe this mean to you today?  One thing to keep in mind is that it takes the average loan 30 days to close.  Homes are going on the market and under contract super quick in some price points in several areas.  This is not just happening with the lower price points.  If a home is priced well, move in ready and well advertised, it is not sitting on the market.  Photographs are a huge role in getting the home sold quickly. You have to sell the buyer online first.
