It's probably wise to get a boater's education course before operating a boat in a State of Georgia from now on because of the new boating law. Although it'll be effective only on July 1, 2014 and onwards, it's best to be prepared early on.
Aside from the new law that all motorized vessel operators who are born on or after January 1st, 1998 should take a boater's education course, all are expected to observe safety precautions. Some of these precautions are the following; all are advised to follow the simple rules of navigation, use life jacket, never operate a boat under the influence, keep the 100-foot law in mind and observe the minimum age limits for boat operators.
You will only be exempted from the new law on taking a boater education course if you are described as the following;
A person licensed by the Coast Guard as a master of a vessel;
A person operating on a private pond or lake;
A non-resident who has in his or her possession proof that he or she has completed a NASBLA-approved boater education course or equivalency examination from another state.
As a Realtor I have been able to use many of the skills that I have learned from my previous experiences. I spent the past 10 years owning a home inspection company with my husband and watched as buyers would find a home and then have it inspected and be disappointed with the findings. I love being able to help buyers from the start of the process. As a buyers specialist I can help clients look at homes with a different eye, always looking for tings that the home inspector will find issues with and helping my clients see possible issues before going under contract, saving them time, money and heart ache. Servicing all levels of buyers, from the first time home buyers to the luxury buyers. The finishing touch is being able to provide them with tools that can help them pay off their home in less than half the time. Helping buyers find their dream home is very rewarding.
As a listing specialist, I find unique ways to get the attention of the buyers, from text marketing, video, and getting your home listed on the first page of Google, it's all about exposure. I use all the outside marketing tricks and tips that I used and learned over the past 8 years to get the word out about your home. Contact me to find out about my exclusive marketing plan!

"We screened several real estate agents before deciding who we would like to work with when buying and selling our homes. Bonnie was a perfect match for us. She took the time to get to know us, our tastes, needs and preferences before we ever visited any houses for sell - a real time saver! She was exceptionally well informed, professional and personable. She worked at our pace, applied no pressure, always kept our interests in mind and she was readily available when questions arose. We have closed on one home and look forward to working with her, again, in the future."
