First is the River Adventure Canoe trips which will be opened this coming July 5th at 6:00 PM. It's for ages 6 and above for $30 each, ($25 for CNC members) which is worth it because of the history, habitat and ecology that you'll learn along the way. You'll even know about the issues that affects the local watershed.
Secondly, if you want a night out without the kids, the Chattahoochee Nature Center have this Adult Night Hike at 8:00 PM of July 11th. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the woodland as you go through the trail for an adventurous night with your spouse or date! All who are 18 years and above are welcomed to join as long as you get to register before the 10th of July.
Do you enjoy flowers and butterflies? Experience it for the last time before the Butterfly Encounter closes for good. Have a Breakfast with the Butterflies at 8:00 AM with your kids ages 4 years and up. Surely your $20 ($15 CNC Members) will be worth the price!
